The HZS180 precast concrete batching plant is a heavy-duty large-scale stationary wet mixing equipment, designed for large industrial precast parks, subway segment factories, bridge beam yards and large municipal precast component projects.

The theoretical hourly output reaches 180m³/h, matched with standard JS3000 twin-shaft compulsory mixer . Different from medium-sized mixing stations for small precast workshops, HZS180 is upgraded with heavy load structure, high-precision multi-bin batching system and enhanced wear-resistant mixing components, fully adapting to 24-hour uninterrupted mass production of low-slump, high-strength dry-hard precast concrete.

    Product Introduction

    Mixing Unit: JS3000 heavy-duty twin-shaft forced mixer, dual drive motors, reinforced and thickened mixing cylinder. Supports thorough mixing of zero-slump dry-hard precast concrete, C40-C60 high-strength structural concrete, fiber-reinforced concrete, and special in-mold filled precast materials.

    Aggregate Batching System: PLD4800 multi-bin aggregate batching machine, equipped with 4-5 independent aggregate storage silos and a high-power vibrator, effectively solving the problem of clogging by damp fine sand and stones.

    Weighing Accuracy: Aggregate ±2%, cement/fly ash/mineral powder/water/admixtures ±1%. All materials use independent weighing hoppers, eliminating inaccurate flow meter measurement methods. Each batch of concrete ensures consistent strength and surface finish of precast components.

    Powder Storage and Conveying System: Supports simultaneous storage and conveying of cement, fly ash, and mineral powder, equipped with multiple screw conveyors and a top pulse dust collector.

    Water and Admixture Supply System: An independent clean water weighing tank and a micro-precision weighing system for liquid admixtures, enabling accurate dispensing of various high-performance additives required for high-standard precast components.

    Control System: A multilingual PLC intelligent automatic control cabinet, storing multiple fixed precast component production formulas, supporting automatic moisture compensation, real-time data recording, fault self-diagnosis, and remote cloud monitoring.
