The HZS75 comes standard with a JS1500 twin-shaft main mixer, with a theoretical capacity of 75 m³/h and an actual stable output of 60-65 m³/h. Its modular design minimizes footprint, facilitates easy disassembly and relocation, and reduces infrastructure investment. The equipment employs an independent weighing and metering system for each compartment, coupled with an intelligent PLC fully automatic control system, featuring automatic compensation for drop and moisture content. The main mixer is equipped with multi-layer shaft end seals, high-chromium wear-resistant blade liners, and an automatic centralized lubrication device, ensuring uniform mixing without dead zones. It can produce various types of concrete, including high-grade, precast, and pumpable concrete. Suitable for urban housing construction, municipal engineering, small and medium-sized highways and bridges, small precast component plants, and water conservancy infrastructure projects with moderate daily concrete demand, it can operate continuously and stably for extended periods with low maintenance costs, making it a mainstream and preferred model for small and medium-sized engineering mixing equipment.

    High Environmental Performance: Pulse dust collector on top of the main unit silo, fully enclosed dustproof cover for the batching machine, and dust collection device for the powder silo ensure dust emissions meet control standards. The entire machine's structural components undergo sandblasting and rust removal + multi-layer anti-corrosion coating, making it resistant to rust even under outdoor wind and rain.
