Strong overall structure, stable and durable: The entire silo body is welded as a single piece, with continuous stress on the steel plates, resulting in strong overall rigidity. It exhibits stable wind and earthquake resistance, making it suitable for long-term, fixed-site, uninterrupted production with minimal deformation under sustained operating conditions.
Time-saving and labor-saving on-site installation, rapid commissioning: Only overall hoisting and placement of the silo body, fixing the support legs and connecting the pipelines are required for immediate use. No extensive on-site assembly or bolt tightening is needed, significantly shortening the on-site construction cycle and reducing labor costs.
Minimum daily maintenance workload: No large number of flange bolts or gaskets require regular inspection and tightening; frequent replacement of sealing gaskets is unnecessary, simplifying long-term operation and maintenance, making it suitable for fixed mixing plants with continuous production year-round.
