The equipment comes with its own tires and towing pins. Relocation requires no dismantling of any wiring or secondary wiring; it can be put into use directly on flat, hardened ground without the need for a concrete foundation.

It is equipped with a JS1000 twin-shaft forced mixer , dual 18.5kW mixing motors, and a planetary reducer. This equipment can mix dry-hard, plastic, and special admixture concrete to meet diverse construction needs.

    This mobile batching plant uses an electronic cumulative weighing system for aggregate proportioning and is equipped with independent weighing hoppers for precise metering of cement, water, and liquid admixtures, effectively ensuring the accuracy of all raw material proportions. The entire production process utilizes an integrated computer-controlled automatic system with a user-friendly interface, flexible formula modification functions, and stable finished concrete quality. Customers can choose between two optional aggregate conveying methods based on actual construction site conditions: hopper lifting conveyor or belt conveyor.

    To ensure long-term stable and durable operation, all control circuits use top-tier electrical components from Schneider Electric and Chint Electric. Core wear parts such as the mixing liner and mixing blades are made of high-strength, specially treated wear-resistant steel, significantly reducing the frequency of replacement. Furthermore, the mixing unit has been optimized, with an upgraded shaft end support structure and strengthened sealing devices, effectively preventing slurry leakage and extending the overall service life of key mixing components.
