12th Anniversary Celebration of Zeyu Heavy Industry Successfully Held
Twelve years of dedicated craftsmanship, united efforts to embrace a brand-new journey. On July 25, Zeyu Heavy Industry held a grand 12th-anniversary celebration at our factory campus. All staff took part in a full schedule of activities including factory tours, equipment technical briefings, a group photo session, an all-staff anniversary conference and a gratitude dinner. Every Zeyu team member gathered to review our 12-year development journey, analyze current operational challenges, and draw up a clear roadmap for global market expansion.
The anniversary celebration kicked off with a guided factory tour at 8:30 a.m. All employees were divided into groups to visit our production workshops, finished equipment exhibition area and parts warehouse.
The exhibition zone displayed our full lineup of core concrete mixing machinery, including HZS series stationary concrete batching plants, JS twin-shaft compulsory concrete mixers, portable horizontal foundation-free cement silos . Senior engineers from our R&D and technical departments accompanied the tour and delivered in-depth briefings. They elaborated on manufacturing processes, upgraded wear-resistant materials, intelligent PLC control systems and unique advantages of our horizontal cement silos, alongside live demonstrations of key operational parameters.
Staff from different departments including production, overseas sales and after-sales service exchanged insights during the visit. This immersive experience allowed every team member to fully appreciate Zeyu’s accumulated technical expertise and manufacturing strength built over 12 years, while deepening cross-department understanding of our complete product range.
Following the factory tour, all employees assembled on the square in front of the office building to take a commemorative group photo for the 12th anniversary.
All team members lined up neatly with high spirits under the bright sunshine. Veteran staff, young new recruits and management cadres stood side by side, with bright smiles captured to preserve this precious milestone memory. Over the past 12 years, Zeyu has grown from a small processing workshop into a modern heavy machinery manufacturing base. Every employee is a witness and builder of our company’s growth, and this group photo solidifies our team cohesion.
At 10 a.m., the core anniversary conference commenced in our spacious meeting room with full staff attendance. The General Manager delivered a keynote anniversary speech in a solemn yet warm atmosphere.
The General Manager first looked back on Zeyu’s 12-year development journey with heartfelt emotion. Starting from manufacturing small-scale mixing equipment in our early days, Zeyu has built a complete industrial chain covering stationary mixing plants, mobile batching plants, horizontal cement silos and matching conveying & dust removal equipment. Our machinery serves large state-owned construction enterprises , while exporting to dozens of countries across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Central Asia and Africa. The company has been certified as a National High-tech Enterprise and Specialized & Innovative Manufacturer, holding multiple utility model patents for concrete mixing equipment. The General Manager emphasized that every milestone achievement stems from the dedication and down-to-earth hard work of all employees.
After reviewing our accomplishments, the General Manager objectively analyzed existing pain points across production, management and global marketing sectors:
Our overseas market promotion channels need further investment and improvement.
Cross-department communication and collaboration efficiency requires further optimization, with smoother coordination workflows between R&D, production, overseas sales and after-sales support to be established.
The iteration cycle for new customized products, including large HZS180 batching plants for overseas clients, needs to be shortened to accelerate R&D commercialization.
Corresponding practical solutions and clear responsible departments with implementation deadlines were announced on-site to address all identified challenges.
In the latter part of his speech, the General Manager announced Zeyu's development blueprint for the next stage, with core strategic priorities including: significantly expanding overseas marketing efforts and actively participating in global construction machinery exhibitions. We will continue to increase investment in technological innovation for concrete mixing equipment, further improve our core machinery, and cultivate a high-caliber team for technology research and development, overseas sales, and production management, striving to become a world-class manufacturer and service provider of concrete mixing machinery.
Upon the conclusion of the anniversary conference, Zeyu hosted a grand gratitude dinner at a local star hotel in the evening, gathering all staff for a relaxing feast after busy work hours.
The banquet venue was decorated with 12th-anniversary banners, fresh floral arrangements and a commemorative celebration cake. Company management toasted every employee to express sincere gratitude for 12 years of loyal companionship and joint progress. Team members chatted freely, raised glasses to exchange blessings and shared interesting stories of work and daily life. Laughter filled the entire banquet hall, fully embodying Zeyu’s corporate culture of unity, harmony and forward momentum.
The past 12 years mark the end of a journey of hard work, as well as the starting point of a brand-new chapter. This 12th-anniversary celebration not only serves as a comprehensive review of Zeyu Heavy Industry’s 12 years of deep cultivation in the concrete mixing machinery industry, but also unifies all staff’s development vision and clarifies upgrading directions for global marketing, technical R&D and internal management.
