Bag-breaking hopper for Joel's Projectct

Our client Joel undertook a small-scale infrastructure project in Manila. Despite the project progressing intensively, the tropical rainforest location posed significant challenges, including year-round high temperatures, high humidity, and frequent heavy rains. In previous construction projects, issues such as insufficient corrosion resistance, rusted components, and malfunctioning control systems due to moisture severely affected project timelines.

Joel connected with ZEYU through an industry exhibition. After thoroughly understanding his situation, we quickly assembled a technical team to survey the site and analyze the local climate and geological conditions with him. Through detailed discussions and a precise understanding of Joel's requirements, we recommended the ZEYU HZS50 concrete batching plant. After careful consideration of the local environment by our engineers, we optimized the equipment to enhance its weather resistance. This model perfectly aligned with the local production demands, producing 50 cubic meters of high-quality concrete per hour—fully meeting the client's efficiency needs.

However, we didn’t stop there. During our discussions with Joel, we discovered that using bagged cement was lowering operational efficiency. To address this issue, we specifically designed and added a bag-breaking hopper to the batching plant. With this addition, workers only need to place cement bags into the hopper without manually unpacking them, saving time and effort while significantly speeding up cement feeding.

A few months later, the batching plant was successfully delivered to the site in the Philippines, accompanied by our technical team. The team completed the installation and commissioning and provided training to Joel's operators to ensure they could expertly handle the equipment and its processes. Throughout the construction process, the batching plant endured the challenges of typhoons and heavy rains, maintaining efficient performance and ensuring the project's progress and quality.
