Formal Commissioning: HZS120 RCC Concrete Batching Plant Successfully Commences Operation in Mongolia

Recently, we are pleased to announce that the HZS120 stationary concrete batching plant, delivered and installed in Mongolia, has successfully completed full-scale trial operation and commenced formal commissioning. Following rigorous on-site assembly, system debugging, operational testing, and performance verification by our professional engineering team, all functional modules of the equipment are operating stably and without error. This ready-to-mix concrete plant is now fully operational and capable of large-scale concrete production.

The HZS120 concrete mixing plant utilizes a JS2000 twin-shaft concrete mixer, aggregate transport via inclined belt conveyor, an automatic control system, and a more precise single aggregate metering and batching machine. With its manageable and reliable core configuration, it boasts stable operation, high batching accuracy, and high production efficiency, effectively meeting the customer's demand for high-quality, large-volume concrete in local construction projects. This high-efficiency concrete mixing equipment features automated operation, precise sensor metering, stable mixing quality, and a low failure rate, enabling continuous production of qualified commercial concrete and significantly improving the customer's overall construction progress and project efficiency.
