Latest Project Progress: Large-Scale Dual-Line 180 Concrete Batching Plant Takes Initial Shape in Almaty
Recently, the ZEYU-HZS180 dual-line concrete batching plant, exported to Kazakhstan by Zeyu Heavy Industry, is undergoing intensive installation work at the Almaty project site. The entire set of equipment is gradually completing its on-site assembly and will soon be put into use in a large-scale local infrastructure project.
The Zeyu-HZS180 dual-line batching plant adopts two independent HZS180 production systems, equipped with independent JS3000 twin-shaft forced mixers, and independent batching, weighing, conveying, and control systems. The theoretical capacity of a single line can reach 180 cubic meters per hour, and the combined hourly output of both lines reaches 360 cubic meters per hour. Under full load conditions, the actual stable continuous output can reach 300 cubic meters per hour, fully meeting the ultra-high concrete requirements of large-scale commercial concrete plants, municipal engineering, and road and bridge construction projects, and perfectly matching the high-intensity continuous production needs of large-scale engineering projects in Kazakhstan.
The equipment is manufactured in the domestic factory, standardized for export packaging, loaded into containers, and transported to the site in Kazakhstan. In the initial stages of construction, the team precisely laid and reinforced the foundations of the main equipment, aggregate bins, and cement silos to ensure the stable load-bearing capacity of the equipment during long-term high-load operation. Subsequently, the main mixing plant, aggregate batching machine, inclined belt conveyor, cement silos, and screw conveyor modules were assembled and connected one by one. All steel structure connections used high-strength standard components, and the verticality and horizontality of the entire plant underwent multiple calibrations to eliminate installation errors.
