Recently, our professional engineering team has been fully engaged in the installation of the YHZS120 mobile concrete batching plant at the construction site in Ethiopia. Adhering to strict international construction standards and efficient project progress requirements, our on-site staff is working overtime to accelerate equipment assembly, system docking and preliminary debugging, ensuring the project is completed and put into operation on schedule.
The YHZS120 mobile concrete batching plant is a high-efficiency, flexible and mobile mixing equipment independently developed for complex and changeable construction scenarios. With a stable hourly production capacity of 120 cubic meters, the equipment integrates feeding, batching, mixing and discharging functions in one unit. It features convenient transportation, quick assembly and disassembly, and no need for fixed foundation construction, which perfectly matches the flexible construction demands of large-scale infrastructure, road and bridge engineering, and urban construction projects in Ethiopia.
During the on-site installation process, our technical team fully considers the local climate environment and construction conditions in Ethiopia. All installation procedures including main frame assembly, aggregate batching system installation, electrical control and air circuit system commissioning are carried out in strict accordance with standardized operation specifications.
