RMC vs RCC Concrete: Key Differences & Suitable Batching Plant Solutions | ZEYU 2026
In global infrastructure construction, RMC (Ready-Mixed Concrete) and RCC (Reinforced Concrete) are two of the most common types of concrete. However, many overseas customers easily confuse their definitions, construction techniques, and equipment requirements.
As a professional manufacturer of stationary and mobile concrete batching plants, Zeyu clearly outlines the differences between RMC (Ready-Mixed Concrete) and RCC (a dual definition across different industries), helping global customers select the most suitable mixing equipment for buildings, roads, airports, dams, and heavy-duty projects.
- Good wetting and plasticity, standard slump value
- Uniform mixing, precise proportioning
- Vibration compaction construction

- Ultra-dry and hard, slump close to zero, non-flowable.
- Low cement usage, high fly ash content.
- No vibration compaction required.
- Layered and compacted with a road roller.
Existing HLS fixed stations and YHZS mobile stations can produce RCC if they meet the following four conditions:
- Main Unit: Twin-shaft forced concrete mixer (required).
- Water Metering: High-precision micro-water supply (error ≤ ±0.5%), capable of consistently achieving a slump of 0–30 mm.
- Control System: PLC capable of storing dry-hard formulas, supporting low water-cement ratios and high fly ash content.
- Structure: Reinforced main unit/mixing arm, capable of withstanding high loads on dry-hard materials (4–12% higher than RMC).

- RMC: Commercially prepared ready-mixed concrete produced and sold by concrete batching plants, widely used in general building construction.
- RCC (Roller-Compacted Concrete): Dry-hard, zero-slump concrete used for dams, roads, and heavy infrastructure.
Based on the diverse construction needs of global clients, Zeyu offers targeted concrete batching plant configurations: standard stationary/mobile batching plants for mass production of RMC, and optimized mixing systems for producing dry-hard roller-compacted concrete. The equipment supports customized formulations, precise metering, and stable continuous production, adaptable to various complex working conditions in Mongolia, Central Asia, and other overseas regions.
Zeyu holds ISO9001 quality management system certification and ISO14001 environmental management system certification, providing reliable, efficient, and environmentally friendly concrete equipment solutions for global infrastructure projects
