Zeyu Further Deepens Long-Term Cooperation with Mongolian Customers: YHZS75 Delivered Again
Recently, a brand-new, customized YHZS75 compact mobile concrete batching plant was delivered to a Mongolian customer. The entire set of equipment has completed cross-border transportation, on-site assembly, and full-load trial operation, and is now operating stably, providing qualified ready-mixed concrete for local infrastructure construction.
In previous collaborations, Zeyu has delivered several complete sets of mixing equipment to Mongolia, including the HZS120 stationary commercial batching plant, the YHZS50 small mobile batching plant, and the YHZS75 mobile batching plant. All equipment has been operating stably on local construction sites, with low failure rates, accurate proportions, and reliable after-sales technical support, winning unanimous praise from the customer.

Equipped with a JS1500 twin-shaft forced mixer, using Cr26 high-chromium wear-resistant liners and mixing arms to effectively prevent wear on hard aggregates and extend service life; matched with a PLD2400 four-compartment aggregate metering machine and an independent weighing system. Aggregate weighing accuracy reaches ±2%, and cement, water, and admixture weighing accuracy reaches ±1%, ensuring stable concrete strength and reducing raw material waste. The integrated trailer design requires no foundation; all mixing, weighing, conveying, and control systems are pre-installed on a heavy-duty towing chassis. This equipment only requires a leveled and compacted ground surface, eliminating the need for a heavy reinforced concrete foundation, thus significantly reducing civil engineering costs and pre-production preparation time.
After the container arrived at the construction site in Mongolia, Zeyu immediately dispatched professional overseas technical engineers to provide one-stop on-site service:
Leveraging the foundation-free design of the YHZS75, technicians completed the positioning work. Leveling was achieved by adjusting the hydraulic support legs on the compacted surface; system commissioning work was completed, including weighing sensor calibration, material drop compensation parameter adjustment, and no-load and full-load trial production. We optimized the mixing formula parameters according to the local aggregate moisture content and low-temperature characteristics to adapt to local raw material conditions.
After acceptance, the equipment was immediately put into 24-hour continuous formal production. Customer feedback indicates that the equipment output is uniform, operates stably, and fully meets project requirements.

As a company integrating R&D and production across the entire concrete mixing equipment industry chain, Zeyu possesses independent workshops for complete mixing plants, JS series twin-shaft mixers, bolt-connected cement silos, and wear-resistant parts. We have mature large-scale export capabilities, and our products are sold to Central Asia, Southeast Asia, Africa, and other regions. Our core competitiveness is reflected in the following aspects:
We offer a full range of stationary and mobile compact mixing plants, and can customize them according to customer climate conditions to meet different working conditions.
Each set of equipment undergoes an 8-hour continuous full-load test before delivery. Core components such as motors, reducers, and weighing sensors all use internationally renowned brands.
We have accumulated rich project experience in Central Asian countries such as Mongolia, and possess standardized container packaging, complete customs certification documents, overseas on-site installation services, and long-term remote video after-sales technical support.
The successful deployment of the YHZS75 mobile concrete batching plant in Mongolia fully demonstrates Zeyu's stable product quality and reliable cross-border service capabilities, further consolidating our market reputation and cooperation foundation in Central Asia.
