The YHZS180 mobile batching plant is Zeyu's flagship high-capacity mobile batching machine, designed for large-scale engineering projects requiring flexible relocation and rapid production. The equipment adopts a factory-pre-integrated modular structure, with core components such as the twin-shaft mixer, aggregate batching unit, belt conveyor, electrical control system, and frame pre-assembled in the factory, significantly reducing on-site assembly workload and laying the foundation for the project's rapid 7-day installation and no-load acceptance.

The Dubai construction site conditions placed stringent requirements on the engineering equipment: 45 degrees Celsius high temperature, strict local safety regulations, and a tight project schedule. Zeyu's overseas engineering team rigorously controlled the schedule, adhered to on-site safety regulations, and efficiently completed the assembly, wiring, system debugging, and multiple rounds of no-load test runs. All equipment parameters operated normally, fully demonstrating Zeyu's mature overseas project implementation capabilities in the Middle East market.
Before shipment, the equipment underwent specialized upgrades to adapt to the Middle Eastern desert conditions, incorporating high-temperature resistant electrical components and featuring a reinforced steel structure for corrosion protection. Its mobile integrated design eliminates the need for heavy civil engineering foundations, allowing for rapid production and easy relocation later, adapting to the construction needs of local infrastructure and real estate projects in Dubai.
