Zeyu YHZS75 Mobile Concrete Batching Plant Officially Commences Operation in Mongolia

The YHZS75 mobile batching plant deployed in Mongolia has a theoretical production capacity of 75 m³/h. The entire unit is integrated onto a trailer chassis and is equipped with a JS1500 twin-shaft forced mixer, a two- or four-bucket aggregate batching machine, an LSY screw conveyor, bolt-assembled cement silos, and a fully PLC-based automatic control system. The complete set of equipment integrates feeding, batching, conveying, mixing, and discharging. The weighing system features automatic drop compensation, ensuring high batching accuracy and uniform, stable concrete mixing. Its mobile, integrated structure eliminates the need for complex civil engineering foundations, facilitating easy disassembly and relocation. Adaptable to the dispersed construction conditions in Mongolia's field, it incorporates electrical and lubrication optimizations to address the region's significant day-night temperature variations, ensuring stable operation.
