Zeyu YHZS75 Mobile Concrete Batching Plant Officially Commences Operation in Mongolia

Zeyu's professional overseas technical team overcame the challenging open-air and complex on-site construction conditions in Mongolia, successfully completing the overall assembly of the concrete mixer machine, precise connection of the aggregate conveying system (Conveyor Belt System), standard calibration of the electrical control and pneumatic systems, and comprehensive on-site trial operation testing. After repeated parameter adjustments and performance verification, all operating indicators of the YHZS75 portable concrete mixing plant met the standard requirements, achieving fully automated, stable, and uninterrupted operation at the local construction site.
The Zeyu YHZS75 Mobile concrete Plant is designed for medium-sized infrastructure projects and complex outdoor construction scenarios. The Continuous concrete Plant features an integrated mobile design, eliminating the need for fixed foundation construction, significantly shortening on-site deployment time and adapting to Mongolia's simple and open construction site conditions. This ready-mix concrete batching plant can stably produce 75 cubic meters of concrete per hour, integrating feeding, batching, mixing, and discharging functions. It features flexible mobility, convenient transportation, and uniform mixing quality, perfectly meeting the continuous concrete supply needs of local road construction, municipal engineering, and various civil infrastructure projects.
