The working principle of a concrete pump truck is as follows: Hydraulic energy is transmitted to the pumping system via a hydraulic system driven by the chassis engine or a separate motor. The two main cylinders of the pumping system work alternately, pushing the concrete delivery cylinder. Through the switching of the S-valve, concrete is drawn from the hopper into the delivery cylinder and pressed into the delivery pipeline, finally being pumped to the work site via the end hose.
