The YHZS90 mobile concrete batching plant integrates all core functional modules of stationary HZS90 equipment onto a heavy-duty trailer frame. Matched with a JS1500 twin-shaft compulsory mixer, it discharges 1.5m³ concrete per batch and delivers steady 90 cubic meters hourly output.
Pre-assembled with PLD2400 aggregate batcher, gravity discharge spiral conveyors for cement and fly ash, independent weighing hoppers for aggregates, powder, water and additives, as well as an inclined belt feeding system and intelligent PLC control cabinet, the plant features hydraulic support legs for fast setup. No concrete foundation is required; the whole unit can be transported by truck and put into production within hours, greatly saving site construction time and costs.
Made of thick Q235 anti-rust steel structure, the plant adapts to harsh outdoor environments. Its PLC system stores multiple concrete formulas, records production data and triggers overload alarms, guaranteeing high weighing precision and consistent mixing quality. The batching plant is equipped with 50-ton Q235 cement silos.with a 3-year warranty, ideal for road, municipal, tunnel and short-cycle scattered engineering works.
Shipping Protection
We adopt standardized full-container loading procedures and multi-layer protective solutions tailored for long-distance sea shipment to guarantee intact equipment delivery. Before loading, our QC team fully inspects main units, accessories and electrical systems. We apply differentiated packaging including waterproof plastic film, foam wrapping and solid wooden cases based on component specifications. All goods are loaded and fixed in containers following international shipping standards with balanced weight distribution, tension binders and anti-collision foam pads. Final re-inspection with full photo & video records will be conducted before container sealing and port delivery.

In contrast, large-scale infrastructure such as high-speed rail hubs or major dams would require high-capacity models like the HZS180 or HZS240
