YHZS mobile concrete batching plant is highly integrated concrete batching plant. The mixer adopts double-shaft compulsory mixer and vertical-axis planetary mixer,have the advantage of low mixing time,discharge quickly,mixing equality and high productivity,can produce plastic,dry-hard and other concrete,reliable quality.Aggregate adopt electronic scale accumulative measurement,cement, water,admixture are used weighing hopper,accurately measurement,computer centralzed control,simple operation,easy adjustment and reliable quality. Aggregate adopt two kinds of feeding method:upgrade hopper or belt conveyor. Electrical components adopt Schneider and Chint device,reliable performance and high productivity,suitable for large quantities of concrete which is on site production.The mixer's scale board and mixing blade using wear-resistant material which has processed special,the special shaft bearing and seal type has greatly improve the ife of the mixer.

Excellent mobility and rapid relocation capability
The equipment is integrated into a trailer unit with tires and a towing pin, allowing for rapid towing to new construction sites. Relocation is convenient and quick, with a maximum towing speed of 50km/h.
Quick installation and disassembly
During relocation, major components do not need to be completely disassembled, and the control system and other wiring do not need to be disassembled. With the help of a crane, disassembly and assembly can usually be completed within a day, greatly improving the continuity of the project.
