YThe YHZS mobile concrete batching plant is a highly integrated system designed for efficient on-site concrete production. It can be equipped with either a twin-shaft forced mixer or a vertical-axis planetary mixer, both offering short mixing cycles, rapid discharge, homogeneous blending, and high productivity. This enables the reliable production of various concrete types, including plastic and dry-hard mixes.
The plant ensures precise batching through an electronic cumulative scale for aggregates and individual weigh hoppers for cement, water, and admixtures. Operation is simplified via centralized computer control, which allows for easy adjustment and guarantees consistent quality. Aggregates can be fed using either a skip hoist or a belt conveyor.
For dependable performance, key electrical components from Schneider and Chint are utilized. Critical wear parts, such as the mixing blades and liner plates, are made from specially processed wear-resistant materials. Furthermore, the mixer incorporates a specially designed shaft end sealing structure and bearing system, significantly extending its service life.

Excellent mobility and rapid relocation capability
The equipment is integrated into a trailer unit with tires and a towing pin, allowing for rapid towing to new construction sites. Relocation is convenient and quick, with a maximum towing speed of 50km/h.
Quick installation and disassembly
During relocation, major components do not need to be completely disassembled, and the control system and other wiring do not need to be disassembled. With the help of a crane, disassembly and assembly can usually be completed within a day, greatly improving the continuity of the project.
