Application
The YHZS mobile concrete batching plant is a highly integrated system designed for efficient on-site concrete production. It is equipped with either a twin-shaft forced mixer or a vertical-axis planetary mixer, both of which ensure short mixing cycles, fast discharge, uniform consistency, and high productivity. This setup reliably produces various concrete types, including plastic and dry-hard mixes.
The plant achieves precise batching through an electronic cumulative weighing system for aggregates and individual weigh hoppers for cement, water, and admixtures. Controlled by a centralized computer system, it offers straightforward operation, easy adjustments, and consistent output quality. Aggregates can be loaded via either a skip hoist or a belt conveyor.
To ensure dependable operation, the plant incorporates electrical components from Schneider and Chint. Key wear parts such as the liner plates and mixing blades are made from specially treated wear-resistant materials. Additionally, the mixer features an enhanced shaft bearing and sealing structure, significantly extending its service life.

Excellent mobility and rapid relocation capability
The equipment is integrated into a trailer unit with tires and a towing pin, allowing for rapid towing to new construction sites. Relocation is convenient and quick, with a maximum towing speed of 50km/h.
Quick installation and disassembly
During relocation, major components do not need to be completely disassembled, and the control system and other wiring do not need to be disassembled. With the help of a crane, disassembly and assembly can usually be completed within a day, greatly improving the continuity of the project.

It saves on the infrastructure costs of building fixed mixing plants, and allows for on-site setup, reducing the purchase and transportation costs of concrete transport vehicles and preventing quality degradation or waste of concrete during long-distance transportation.
