Application
The YHZS mobile concrete batching plant is a highly integrated concrete production system, available with either a twin‑shaft forced mixer or a vertical‑axis planetary mixer. Both mixer types offer short mixing cycles, rapid discharge, homogeneous blending, and high productivity, enabling reliable production of various concrete consistencies, including plastic and dry‑hard mixes.
Aggregates are batched using an electronic cumulative scale, while cement, water, and admixtures are weighed in separate hoppers, ensuring high measurement accuracy. The entire process is managed through centralized computer control, which provides simple operation, easy adjustments, and consistent output quality. Aggregate feeding can be accomplished via either a skip hoist or a belt conveyor.
For reliable performance, electrical components from Schneider and Chint are employed. Key wear parts such as the mixer liner and blades are manufactured from specially treated wear‑resistant materials. Additionally, the mixer is equipped with an enhanced shaft‑bearing and sealing design, significantly extending its service life. This makes the plant well‑suited for high‑volume, on‑site concrete production.

Excellent mobility and rapid relocation capability
The equipment is integrated into a trailer unit with tires and a towing pin, allowing for rapid towing to new construction sites. Relocation is convenient and quick, with a maximum towing speed of 50km/h.
Quick installation and disassembly
During relocation, major components do not need to be completely disassembled, and the control system and other wiring do not need to be disassembled. With the help of a crane, disassembly and assembly can usually be completed within a day, greatly improving the continuity of the project.
Reduce overall costs
It saves on the infrastructure costs of building fixed mixing plants, and allows for on-site setup, reducing the purchase and transportation costs of concrete transport vehicles and preventing quality degradation or waste of concrete during long-distance transportation.
