The PLD series aggregate mixer is the core weighing and feeding component of all HZS stationary concrete batching plants and YHZS mobile concrete batching plants. In daily construction, two of the most common faults severely limit continuous production: aggregate bridging and material blockage in the hopper, and unstable weighing readings on the control panel.

In regions with high summer temperatures and year-round tropical heat, the shaft end sealing system is the most vulnerable component of a twin-shaft concrete mixer. Prolonged high temperatures, continuous full-load operation, and heat accumulation within the mixing tank easily lead to aging of rubber seals, loss of elasticity, lubricant dilution, and oil passage blockage. These problems directly cause two common seasonal failures: shaft end mortar leakage and bearing overheating.

Recently, a brand-new, customized YHZS75 compact mobile concrete batching plant was delivered to a Mongolian customer. The entire set of equipment has completed cross-border transportation, on-site assembly, and full-load trial operation, and is now operating stably, providing qualified ready-mixed concrete for local infrastructure construction.
